I have been a full time Real Estate Professional since 1971 who has marketed countless new & 'lived in' homes as well as hundreds of condominiums successsfully. 

While I could list the countless awards acquired during my career the ones I believe are most important to you, the prospective buyer &/or seller, would be the Platinum Certificate from the Winnipeg Real Estate Board which I have received every year since 1999, when the certificate was first presented. This cerificate is given to agents who attend the majority of the upgrading sessions & informational meetings provided by the Board as well as the Annual Meeting each year. (Less than a hundred agents have received this certificate annually since its inception.) I believe the most important asset I provide to my clients is my knowledge of the legal and market changes in real estate that occur on an almost daily basis.
